Why we make it: As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I believe healing begins in the gut, and gut healing begins with stomach acid. Many people don't produce enough hydrochloric acid (HCl), which the stomach needs to break down food and absorb nutrients. Pure celery juice supports the body in rebuilding it.
Why it matters: When digestion is working properly, the body can absorb what it needs and do its own repair work. That is often when clients notice calmer digestion, less bloating and clearer skin.
What's inside: 100% organic celery and nothing else. We deliberately add no apple to sweeten it and no water to dilute it, because the natural sodium cluster salts in celery work best undiluted. Cold pressed in Toronto, never HPP'd.
How to enjoy it: Ideally, drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and wait 15 to 30 minutes before eating. But honestly, consistency matters more than timing.
