Morning Minerals and Sea Moss Shot
A functional two part mineral drink formulated for deep hydration first thing in the morning.
Please note: this is a two part drink. Every order comes with a Morning Minerals bottle and a sea moss shot. Pour the shot into the bottle and shake before drinking. The drink is not complete until the two are combined.
Why we make it: I first made this drink for myself during a severe kidney infection, when I could not drink water and my body was badly dehydrated. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I needed something that would replenish my minerals and genuinely make me want to hydrate. Morning Minerals is the result, and I believe hydrating first thing in the morning is one of the most important habits you can build.
Why it matters: Our DJC electrolyte mix delivers pure electrolytes with no flavourings, additives or preservatives. The sea moss shot provides a large serving of naturally occurring minerals. Butterfly pea powder is traditionally used to help calm the nervous system, and its natural colour change makes hydration something you look forward to. Together, they hydrate more deeply than water alone, support steady energy and help curb cravings while staying low in calories.
What's inside: The bottle contains our DJC electrolyte mix, lemon and butterfly pea powder. The shot contains sea moss. The two parts are kept separate on purpose, and the drink only works as intended once they are combined.
How to enjoy it: Pour the sea moss shot into the bottle and shake. The drink will turn purple, which tells you it is activated and ready. Ideally, drink one every morning before anything else. But honestly, consistency matters more than timing.
