Please note: The Broth Bomb is not broth. It is a concentrated blend of herbs, spices and healthy fats made to be blended into our warm bone broth.
Why it matters: Our bone broth provides the base of minerals, collagen and protein. The Immune Broth Bomb builds on it with turmeric, ginger, oregano oil, chaga mushroom, cayenne, parsley, MCT oil and Mediterranean sea salt, every ingredient chosen on purpose using my background in holistic nutrition.
How to use: Gently warm one broth on the stove until hot but not boiling. Do not bring it to a boil; blending liquid that has been boiling is a safety risk, and gentle heat protects the herbs and oils. Pour the warm broth into your blender and add one Broth Bomb. Fill the blender no more than halfway, remove the small centre cap from the lid and cover the opening with a folded towel to let steam escape. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds until smooth and creamy, then pour into your mug and sip slowly.
Storage: Sold frozen. Keep broth and bombs in the freezer. Once defrosted, enjoy the broth within 4 days.
