Primal Beef Chili
A functional, nutrient dense chili made with organic ingredients, grass fed beef, liver and heart.
Why we make it: Our food menu was created by Chef Marianne Penellas of Primal Burgers, and every dish follows one principle: primal nutrition. Her focus is microdosing essential minerals and vitamins like iron and B12 through organ meats, to help support anyone dealing with anemia or low iron. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I believe organ meats are some of the most nourishing foods we can eat, and this chili is a delicious, approachable way to include them.
Why it matters: Liver and heart are among the most nutrient dense foods available, naturally rich in iron, B vitamins including B12, vitamin A and CoQ10. Blended with grass fed ground beef and warming spices, they deliver that nourishment in a hearty, familiar dish.
What's inside: Made from organic ingredients: 100% grass fed beef, beef liver and heart, tomato, garlic, onion, bell pepper, jalapeño pepper, red kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, Greek oregano, Spanish paprika, coriander, salt, pepper and olive oil.
How to enjoy it: Ideally, warm it gently and enjoy it as a complete, satisfying meal. But honestly, consistency matters more than timing.
