Flu Tonic
An organic, cold pressed functional immune tonic formulated to deliver a meaningful dose of ginger and turmeric in one easy drink.
Why we make it: As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I noticed that most people were not taking enough immune shots throughout the day to make a real difference. I formulated Flu Tonic to solve that, with the amount of ginger and turmeric I believe the body actually needs, in a drink that is easy to finish.
Why it matters: Every bottle contains approximately 1,000 mg of curcumin from fresh turmeric, a compound well known for supporting a healthy inflammatory response. Black pepper is included deliberately because it helps the body absorb curcumin. Ginger supports the immune system and adds warmth, lemon provides vitamin C and alkalizes, and honey soothes and balances the flavour.
What's inside: Organic ginger, turmeric, lemon, honey and black pepper. The amounts of ginger and turmeric are precisely measured to deliver a therapeutic dose. Cold pressed in Toronto, never HPP'd.
How to enjoy it: Ideally, drink one bottle a day when you feel run down, or daily through cold and flu season. But honestly, consistency matters more than timing.
