Not everyone wants a full day of juice. The Shred Broth & Juice Cleanse starts and ends your day with a warm 500ml DJC bone broth, with our gut-loving juices and Aloe Shot in between. Every bottle is Sue Approved.

It's built for Suzanne Galluzzo's Best of You program and is usually done once a week. It's a great fit for intermittent fasting, with a focus on digestion, energy and weight loss. For best results, do it 3 days in a row.

Perfect for: anyone on Sue's program, first-timers who are nervous about going juice-only, and anyone who wants a warm, filling way to reset their gut.

How to do it right: Heat your broth on the stove (please don't microwave it) and pour it into a mug or travel mug. Drink the juices in order, with water after each one.
