Fresh Aloe
An organic, functional fresh aloe shot formulated to relieve bloating and soothe the digestive system.
Why we make it: As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I consider aloe the most powerful plant in our store. I think of this shot as a magic eraser for anyone feeling bloated, uncomfortable or unwell. There are more than 400 varieties of aloe, and only four are considered medicinal. Those are the only ones we source.
Why it matters: Most aloe drinks sold in health food stores are shelf stable, which means they have been processed or preserved. Buying aloe from the shelf is like buying carrot juice or almond milk from the shelf: it is not the same as fresh. Our aloe comes directly from the plant, with nothing added, so its nutrients and the way it works in the body are fundamentally different. Fresh aloe supports digestion and helps ease inflammation in the gut, water retention and bloating.
What's inside: Fresh organic aloe flesh and alkaline water, nothing else. No preservatives, no additives. Never HPP'd.
How to enjoy it: If you feel bloated or off now and then, one or two shots is a great support. To receive the full benefit, choose the 3 Day Protocol.
The 3 Day Aloe Protocol
What you get: 9 Fresh Aloe shots, enough for 3 full days, for $39. That saves you almost $6 compared with buying 9 single shots.
How it works: Take one shot in the morning, one in the afternoon and one at night. If an afternoon shot is not practical, taking them closer together is fine.
Why do the protocol: One shot offers relief in the moment. Taking aloe consistently, three times a day, gives your digestive system steady support so it can calm inflammation in the gut, reduce water retention and relieve ongoing bloating.
How many protocols do you need? If your digestion has only recently gone off, one 3 Day Protocol is ideal. If your digestion has been off for a while, I recommend a minimum of 9 days, which is three protocols. When it comes to aloe, more is better than less. Each shot keeps for 10 days, so you can order all three protocols at once and finish every shot fresh. Once you finish, move to one or two shots a day to maintain your results.
