Why we make it: As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I wanted to create a juice specifically for skin health and digestion, and this is it. I know how powerful herbs are, so I built this formula around two of them. It is not our sweetest juice, but it is one of the healthiest we make, and one of my personal favourites.
Why it matters: Dill and parsley are a true powerhouse of vitamins and minerals, and they are the heart of this beauty tonic. Cucumber and spinach hydrate and nourish, lemon alkalizes, and Himalayan salt restores trace minerals.
What's inside: 100% organic cucumber, dill, spinach, parsley and lemon, with Himalayan salt. The herbs are used generously and deliberately, because that is where the benefit comes from. Cold pressed in Toronto, never HPP'd.
How to enjoy it: Ideally, drink it daily as part of your skin and digestion routine. But honestly, consistency matters more than timing.
